BESTHANDS MODULAR SYSTEM SCAFFOLD

OVERVIEW

The highly flexible scaffold system Named BRISFlex leaves almost no request unfulfilled especially for industrial applications. This allows almost any adjustments to be made to suit local site conditions and also fulfills the highest requirements regarding occupational safety for the working areas to be realized.
Our Flexible Modular system Scaffold has a grid system of 25 cm and 50 cm. The wide range of ledgers and decks with different lengths starting from 25 cm allow the decking to change direction during installation and therefore ensure maximum adaptability to suit project-specific geometries. BRISFlex meets the requirements of the European standards EN 12810 and EN 12811.

BRISFlex AS FACADE SCAFFOLD

The flexibility of the BRISFlex scaffold allows a range of widths that are adapted to the respective requirements of the user. With few additional components such as console brackets or strengthened ledgers, complicated facade geometries can also be easily scaffolded.
The modular working scaffold BRISFlex is suitable for all kinds of applications up to load class 6. It meets the requirements of the European standards EN 12810 and EN 12811.

OUR REINFORCEMENT SCAFFOLD

The BRISFlex Bracing Scaffold which comes in tube & Coupler and Modular system specifications is ideal for daily site activities like reinforcing, shuttering, concreting Waterproofing Cladding, etc. This increases work performance and achieve standardized quality output and high safety performance in the working areas.
The Bracing Scaffold is available with a basic width of 150 cm or 250 cm and in versions of up to three fields lengthways. Large scaffold units can be moved by crane due to the tight connections.

Pipe‐Rack suspended scaffolding is a safe and reliable, yet economical system solution.
This industrial scaffolding system ensures production and assembling works in interbedded areas where access from the ground is not possible.

BESTHANDS Stair 100 / 125

The BestHands staircases are assembled using either Tube and Clamps, Modular system tubes or stringers, and individual stair treads depending on the client’s needs. The 10-legged stair tower with heights of up to 50 m is designed for a load of up to 3.0 kN/m². With 100 cm or 125 cm step widths and separate landings, the site staircase is ideally suited for large numbers of users.

LOAD CAPACITY

Scaffold-inspection

ERECTION WITHOUT THE USE OF TOOLS

The stringers are mounted first followed by the steps which interlock during installation without requiring additional components.

  •  Staircases comprised of stringers and individual stair treads with 100 cm or 125 cm widths (clear stair widths of 96 cm or 121 cm)
  • Can be used as staircase units in the same direction or alternating staircase units with 2.00 m up to 50.00 m assembly heights
  • Ground plan: 2.00 m x 4.00 m (Staircase Steel 100) or 2.50 m x 5.00 m (Staircase Steel 125)
  • Permissible loads: 3.00 kN/m² for flights of stairs or 40.0 kN for the entire construction or 3.0 kN/m² for a run of staircase and landing of 20 m
